Yoga & Pranayama Session
Quarantine has kept us indoors... But have we really visited the world within?
YJP members joined for a retreat of the mind, a mental reset with a Yoga session and Pranayama exercise.
One hour session consisted of following activities
- 30 minute Gentle Flow yoga session led by Anchal Udani and Riddhi Choksy (for all ages) - 30 minute Pranayama exercise led by Rachit Jain (for ages 12+)
